Hello! Welcome to TorchWeld.com!

We have a new website that we are growing and expanding and we need your input to make sure we are doing things right! Join our community and post your questions or provide tips and tricks that you have found useful and may benefit others.

Even though our website is new, our business is not. We are partnered with McGill Distribution, who has been distributing the DHC 2000 Torch longer than any other supplier out there today! We pride ourselves in our ability to provide our customers with affordable, quality products and the best service. We also provide you with relevant how-to information that best teaches you to be successful with our products.

The DHC 2000 Torch is an amazing tool for seasoned metal workers. For whom it provides amazing cutting abilities. You will be able to cut like a plasma with ease and precision. It also provides unbelievable welding abilities. With standard Oxygen / Acetylene, the DHC 2000 can weld aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and even cast iron!

Not a seasoned metal worker? No worries! We provide a wide range of how-to videos to get any do-it-yourselfer started and welding quickly. So if you have a small job or a large metal shop, the DHC 2000 welding \ cutting torch is a must-have for you.

I figured out I had to respond to an email to let me order. No where did I see any info to tell me this. I have spent 45 minutes trying to order. I charge $150.00 per hour to work on other persons projects. Your site needs to allow an easier way to order or better info up front. Why must you register to even contact? Thank you for your time, Jim

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Once you fill in the registration page and submit, the next screen that comes up states the following:

Your registration has been successfully completed.
You have just been sent an email containing membership activation instructions.
-------
Then there is a button to select "Continue"
After that you should only need to check your email and verify your account. There is no need to register to contact us when using the "Contact Us" page. Registration is only needed to order and create posts in our blog and forums.

We definitely appreciate your feedback and will use it to determine where we can make improvements.  Such as, making notifications and instructions more prominent.  Also, we wil try to identify areas that can be more simplified for placing orders.  Please allow us time to make these changes, but I can assure you that we will.
